Dear friends,

Our desire is to offer you an unforgettable and pleasant experience. For this to happen, we have established a series of rules that we respectfully ask you to take into account both during and after your stay has ended.

Reservations

To make a reservation, please fill out the form on the website, call the phone numbers or contact us at the email addresses.

Cancellation of reservations

If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must contact us by email or telephone.

For cancellations made with 30 days prior to the check-in date, no penalty will be charged. The cancellation of the reservation after this term or the non-presentation at the check-in date without prior notice will result in the cancellation or a cancellation fee for the reservation.

Money back

The full return of the value paid by the client, according to the legislation in force, will be made in the client’s IBAN account within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the request for cancellation of the accommodation. The request will be sent to the email address and will require thorough checks to avoid errors or frauds.

Rates

The rates we offer are depending on the type of room you choose, availability, day of the week and season. More information can be found on the site or at the reception or by telephone.

Payment methods

As payment methods we accept cash payments, with credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), bank transfer and / or valuable vouchers and holiday tickets.

Arrival and departure

The check-in can be done starting at 12:00 pm.

The room will be released on the day of departure until 11:00 am.

Receiving the room earlier, but also delivering it later than the hours mentioned above, is possible upon request, depending on availability, and any additional costs for these services are available at the reception.

Guests who leave the rooms until 11:00 am can leave luggage at the reception for a maximum of 24 hours, at no additional cost.

Children

There are no additional costs for children up to 7 years old who stay in the room with their parents, using the same bed.

Pets

The access with pets is allowed as the case may be, but please contact us in advance – no extra fees are charged and animals are not allowed in the SPA or RESTAURANT-BAR area.

Restaurant and Bar

The restaurant and bar are open from 07:00 am until 23:00 pm. You can take orders in the room.

SPA area

The SPA area represents the swimming pool, sauna and salt cave. Access is free for accommodation between the hours of 09.00 am and 22.00 pm. For persons staying at other accommodation units, the access fee for the SPA area is charged. The value of this fee is specified at the Reception and is paid at the reception.

ACCESS IN THE SPA AREA WITH: FOOD, BEVERAGES, BOTTLES, BIRDS, ANIMALS or with inappropriate clothing is strictly forbidden!

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in hotel rooms or in any hotel room. But we have arranged smoking areas and all rooms have balcony and ashtray.

Parking space

Parking can be done in the hotel yard, at no additional cost and within the available places. Parking but also the surroundings of the hotel are monitored 24 hours a day.

Safety of personal items

We do not accept responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the hotel, restaurant, bar or SPA area. In most places inside the hotel there are surveillance cameras, and in case of any inconvenience we can offer you the video footage from a certain time and area.

Access and transport safety

The access routes and the means of transport existing in the premises comply with the norms of the legislation in force. The hotel does not assume responsibility for any damages, material or physical, caused to the guests during the use of the means of transport or the access routes.

Special assistance

Our desire is to ensure the best conditions for people with disabilities. The vast majority of the spaces in our hotel are accessible to wheelchair users. If you need special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance so we can offer you a pleasant stay.

Confidentiality of information

If you contact us by e-mail or through this website, we will allow you to contact us in the future to send you promotional materials and offers or to inform you about the events that we will organize. We will never use your name or information without your prior consent. You will be able to let us know if you wish to receive this information in the future.

Environmental protection policy

Environmental protection represents for us or permanent concern, which is why it was promoted or an eco-responsible attitude.

A saving of detergents preserves the environment. Therefore, we will change linens and towels upon request to find. To signal our desire to change a change of linen or towels, you can leave the towels on bed or on the floor.

Loyalty programs

There are no agreements granted with additional bonuses and additional services, without payment, in order to keep our customers loyal.

Code of conduct

The hotel staff is welcomed during any option, with skills and they can face all the possibilities for fulfilling any income request for the bottom. When a guest or a visitor in the hotel, by the appearance or the behaviour will cause unpleasant incidents, disturbing the other guests and thus affect the image of the hotel, it will be invited immediately to leave the hotel. In this sense we do reserve  to choose our clientele.

Dispute and complaints

We do reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card of our guests, independently of the will, in the necessary pursuits: when the guest leaves without paying his payment note, when it is demonstrated with no doubt, that he made a material damage within the hotel, when the guest leaves the hotel with objects that do not belong to them and which he did not pay at the reception, or when the guest does not cancel the reservation within the period established according to the cancellation policies.

We will try to amicably resolve any controversy, dispose or claim care could provide an application in the application of our hotel policies. In case of care, this is possible, it is available under the jurisdiction of the Maramures court.

Final terms

Consider that our guests, at the time of accommodation or when they request a service, have become aware of and have accepted the above terms and conditions.

Modifications of the hotel policy

The hotel policy can be modified in advance of the notification. Any changes will be made known to the guests once they have entered into force or access the web page of the Terms and Conditions section.
